Return/Exchange & Cancellation Policy

RETURNS
 
If you are unhappy with your order, returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of the shipping date and will be refunded to the original form of payment.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund
or exchange.
 
We do not offer free returns. A return label can be requested but it will be deducted from your refund.
 
To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that it was received.
 
Once your return/exchange is submitted online, you have 5 business days to get it shipped. If item is not shipped within that period, only store credit will be applied for your refund.
 
We do not offer free returns. A return label can be requested but it will be deducted from your refund.
 
REFUNDS
 
Once your order is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Items sent back, received, and inspected that do not pass inspection of being in their original condition, they will be subject to a cleaning/restock fee and/or refunds not being issued.
 
If your return is approved once we receive it, your refund (less original shipping cost) will be processed within 3-5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You may request store credit.

SALE ITEMS - FINAL SALE
 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
 
EXCHANGES
 
If you need to exchange an item, please submit via our Return Portal here and indict what you would like to exchange for. We will do the best we can to ensure we have the item available but if it is not in stock, we will reach out to you via email.  Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item you. You will receive an email with tracking information. There will be no shipping cost to ship exchange item back to you. Exchanges will not be allowed after 14 days from when your order is delivered. 
 
GIFTS
 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
 
SHIPPING
 
To return or exchange your product, please get follow instructions here. We recommend USPS for returning products to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee that your returned item will arrive to us.
 
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
 
Orders canceled prior to shipping or receiving the order will be subject to a 10% cancellation and restocking fee.
